Transneptunian dwarf planets and their astrological meanings.

TNO's and their estimated sizes compared to planet earth

Since the 90's hundred of objects beyond Neptune's orbit have been discovered. The objects vary by distance and in size. With all these new objects discovered, some astrologers think it is best not to use dwarf planets at all, as not to "clutter" a chart.  Others indiscriminately use as many as possible when reading a chart. I personally do not agree with either of those sentiments. I think that TNO's are very important, but only if they are around 900 km and over in equatorial diameter. At 900 km and over, a planet has no problem maintaining a spheroid shape that is required of planet, well below that and the object struggle to keep it's shape. Some astrologers think even objects over 900 km are still too small to be important. This argument does not make sense to me, since majority of astrologers use Pluto without ever questioning it. Pluto is significantly smaller than the traditional planets but definitely is no less strong in the chart than the traditional planets.

For about two years I have been doing research these objects. I feel I have finally successfully found the meanings of the most vital, recently discovered, TNO's. These are the keywords and phrases I am proposing.


Makemake (#136472) has rulership over the sign of Capricorn:
Ambitious and goal oriented, mischievous, long term tactical planner, Focused on building and maintaining foundations and structures for themselves and others, solemn but playful, enterprising and managerial, status seeking, traditional and formal, shrewd and calculating, quick witted, decisive.

2007 OR10 (#225088) has rulership over the sign of Leo:
Authoritative, prideful, confidence, benevolently noble, grandiose, lively and extroverted, positive and enthusiastic, philanthropic, stubborn can-do attitude, creative and dramatic, committed to causes personal or other wise, attention seeking, praise-worthy leadership.

Haumea (#136108) has the rulership over the sign of Cancer:
Receptive, nurturing, non-confrontational, sentimental, dynamic and temperamental, emotionally unwavering, softly reserved, empathetic/sympathetic, big focus on nurturing one's family/group, devotion, ultra responsive and passively reactive, acts on inner voice and intuition not logic or rationale.

Orcus (#90482) has rulership over the sign of Virgo:
Highly rational perfectionist and skeptic, modest, restrained, minimalism, observant, discerning, analyzing and applying knowledge/information in the name of practicality and productivity, intellectual autonomy, picking everything apart to the point of sarcasm and irreverence, making sure everything immaculate for themselves and others.

2002 MS4 (#307261) has rulership over the sign of Gemini:
Gaining knowledge to quench a very curious mind, intellectualism in the name of communication in every form, broad but shallow thought and, easy come easy go, skilled and lively communication, unrelenting scattered mental energy, playful and lighthearted.


Eris (#136199) has rulership over the sign of Libra:
Exceptionally people oriented, diplomatic and compromising, appreciating and creating harmony. impartiality and fairness, seeing and going between both sides, mediation, making something ugly before it can be beautiful, creating discourse and participating in debate.

Quaoar (#50000) has rulership over the sign of Taurus:
Stubbornly maintaining and creating harmony and order in the name materialism/praticalism, calculating but slow about it, beautiful and pleasing, nurturing, acquiring and keeping valuables, enduring, following and sticking to a sensible and natural approach, deliberate and organized course of action to build and produce.

Sedna (#90377) has rulership over the sign of Aries:
A pioneering and innovating spirit, bossy initiator, assertive and aggressive, Getting it done by any means necessary, enthusiasm and courage due to lack of fear and caution, independence, self-serving, leading others, acting on one's own accord, abundant energy applied to one's goals.

Varuna (#20000) has rulership over the sign of Sagittarius:
following a higher truth or inspiration, direct and highly opinionated, intellectual integrity, spiritual, teaching and learning from others, beyond the practical and material, endless energy applied to exploring in all it's form, mental and spiritual expansion, affable, far-reaching.
